Generate an OPML file of del.icio.us RSS feeds so you can use Netvibes as a Tagged Resource Display Environment.

Enter one or more space separated tag, tag combination, del.icio.us username or username/tag combination and click the 'make monitor.opml' button to get a list of RSS feeds in OPML.
